Giving Store - Friday December 8th

Parks Church is proud to be a community partner at Cockrill Elementary!  Parks is supporting the "Cockrill Giving Store" which supports the school's reward system for students.  Students receive "Cougar Cash" and are then able to shop at the Giving Store with their cash.  This is a unique way to encourage and reward positive behavior while also helping the students be mindful and generous to others!  We need donations of new items that can be gifted to mom, dad, siblings, grandparents, etc.

Suggestions include: candles, bath items, home accessories, scarves, kitchen items, neckties, tools, sports paraphernalia (Titans, Predators, Grizzlies, etc), toys, movies (G/PG only), books, games, etc.

Lunch Buddies!

Lunch Buddy volunteers have an important role in this exciting opportunity that directly impacts the lives of students at Cockrill Elementary.  Lunch Buddies have lunch with an assigned buddy throughout the school year on a weekly, bi-weekly or regular on-going basis.  This is an ongoing service opportunity to build lasting relationships with students at Cockrill Elementary!
