After God redirected Eric from Engineering & Music and Annette from Education, they moved to St. Louis for training at Covenant Seminary. Now many years, 3 churches, and 4 children later the Ashley’s have many sweet stories from fruitful time following the Lord in pastoral ministry.
And now this exciting new chapter in their story - church planting in West Nashville along the Charlotte Corridor! They love living in Sylvan Park & the Nations & are excited about the work of renewal they see God doing in this area & their part to play!
The Ashley’s aren’t alone in this adventure. This work is one that we undertaking in dependence upon the Lord and by linking arms with many men & women each playing their part as we seek to embrace, embody, & extend God’s mission where we live, love, and labor.
Katie Woods, Director of Ministry Operations

Growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, Katie was raised by a faithful Catholic family. God brought Katie to Nashville in the summer of 2014, and was immediately introduced to having a true, personal relationship with the Lord.
The Lord has given Katie fruitful friendships, faithful mentors, and valuable growth opportunities in a city where she moved knowing no one. In late 2018, Katie met Jack and in just under three years (and two cross-country moves) later, they married in summer 2021 in downtown Nashville.
After having many jobs here in Nashville, both within the PCA and out, Katie is excited to help Parks Church grow in our mission of bringing a vision of the Kingdom to the Charlotte corridor of Nashville.
Kyle Perrin, Director of Worship

The Perrins moved to Nashville from Los Angeles in 2020, and are still shocked they were the only people to do so that entire year. Kyle spent 10 years in the music industry before transitioning to post-production audio and photography, which make up his full-time professional life as a freelancer. Kyle has also been in service as a musician and a music director in the church for over 15 years, which has led him to his current position within Parks Church PCA.
He and his wife, Amanda, and their two kids, Ellis and Eleanor, faithfully attend and serve at Parks and are grateful for the community it has given them. Their dog, Ranger, would also be in attendance if it weren't for abysmal social skills in public places. God continues to bless their family as well as Parks Church, and they are grateful for each and every person that the Lord has placed in their lives through this community.
