Leadership at Parks Church

It's time to nominate the men who may join our elders and deacons in service to Parks Church. Please look at the qualifications of “deacon” and “elder” in the letters to Timothy (here) and Titus (here), as well as the description from our Book of Church Order (at the top of each nomination page), and begin to pray about who you see already conducting themselves in these ways. Those are the men you should nominate using the links below.

Qualified nominees will undergo weeks of special training & examinations in preparation to be formally voted on by the Parks Church congregation. We will publish the official list, as well as details of our leadership structure ahead of voting which is currently scheduled for late April.

Potential Process Schedule -

Officer Nominations:    November 2024

Begin Training:    January 2025

Congregational Vote:  April 2025

Ordination/Installation: May 2025
